MIRA MISATO creates hauntingly beautiful worlds inspired by Japanese folklore, yokai (spirits), and themes of sorrow and pain, capturing the fragile balance between beauty and unease.

Born in Saitama, Japan, MIRA MISATO is of Japanese and Filipino descent. She is a member of the vocal unit Enra and also works as an illustrator. Her artistic activities span a wide range, including musical collaborations with Kei Ookubo (of Urban Garde), lyric writing, and visual design.

She has held a solo exhibition at UNKNOWN HARAJUKU and contributed artwork for CD covers and apparel goods. Her work has also been featured in exhibitions at Daikanyama Tsutaya Books.
